Egroup Discussions Taking part in on-line focus groups allows people to build on the ideas of others whilst being in their own surroundings. Especially powerful as a technique for discussing difficult subjects or when the group are too geographically dispersed to meet face-to-face. Egroups can be run as real time on-line focus groups with a facilitator or as bulletin boards over several days. Stimulus materials (images/videos) are included. Clients view the discussion threads as they develop and communicate with the moderator to help shape the direction of discussions.
Stakeholder Consultations Capturing, sharing, categorising and prioritising ideas, enables groups to quickly reach consensus on important issues. At group events, laptops are used to capture a group's information and to share this with all other teams. Real time presentations of the consolidated results are projected and printed for participants to take away. These events are ideal for large scale stakeholder consultation including citizen summits and employee events.
